Easter

I love the holidays in Germany. This morning as I was cruising through the streets towards home, I couldn't help but appreciate the quiet. There were no cars, no people. It was a quarter to eight, and you could only hear the birds. The stoplights were still off, and the city was in this peaceful drift. The spring sunshine is here, the green is starting to pop more, and the air smells like flowers and blossoms and all the good things that come with this time of year. I need those peaceful moments to break up the chaos. Another instant to appreciate my little European life, and to get a kick of motivation to get me through the next few days. The end is in sight, and holidays kick off on Wednesday.
