In January there was snow in the city.
I feel like I haven't seen snow in Freiburg for years.
It was also very short lived.
I had to wear my warm gloves for a good two weeks.
Then the world gave us a present and decided that spring should start three months too soon.
Spring flowers are popping up everywhere and February just began.
It's so wrong, but it feels so good.
Gives you a nice positive kick.
Now I am one week away from being done with exams for the semester.
Friday can't come soon enough.
Ahhhh.
I promise myself I will be better at the rest of life once this week is over.
Exams tend to become the number one priority.
Everything else gets put on hold.
Then you have to spend weeks fixing what you have destroyed.
Including your body and your relationships.
Your creative mind and your knowledge of anything else in the world.
Medical school will be over before I figure how to balance it all.
