I had my first official week of work, at my real adult post-university job.
I am a doctor in residency for radiology. It all seems so surreal, but it happened. Not a dream.
I dictated notes, I talked to my colleagues, and I felt the bustle of the hospital with a different type of excitement.
There is actual responsibility involved.
Currently I am appreciating the first-weekend post work. I have had so much free time in my life over the past year. That having a set schedule seems like a privilege at this point. I deserve to lay back and just enjoy the rain falling, because I know I'm waking up early on Monday to make an attempt on week two.
Doing all the things I want to do and feeling extra thankful.
