We liked this place so much we came back for round two.
You step inside the market and you choose your lunch.
For example a red snapper.
The fresh morning catch is 1 kilogram for five Euros.
They clean it for you, they fillet it for you, they will do anything you want with that fish.
Just don't look at the surfaces they are preparing your food on.
Then you go to one of the two grill shacks at the end of the market.
They throw your seafood right on the fire and sauce it up.
The sauce is in a pot and there is a shirtless man smearing it on your fish in a professional manner with a never washed brush.
You don't ask any questions and you pay your 20,000 rupiahs(1 Euro) and you take a seat.
This had to be the best fish lunch I've ever had.
