We took a drive into Banja Luka and made a quick stop to say hi to my uncle in the hospital and then grabbed some stuff for the barbeque my grandma had been planning.
She was actually planning on us roasting a lamb to celebrate, but you can't have it all.
I don't even know what the ten of us would have done with a lamb and I personally am not that fond of eating baby animals.
Anyway, we made a few quick stops and drove through the hectic streets.
We went to the butcher for the meat.
To the bakery for bread.
To the market for some berries.
We went to the pita store for some pita.
Oh the pita ♥
Wishing for a pita store/restaurant here.
You can always go to the big supermarket and get it all in one quick swoop, but this is one of those things I prefer in Europe.
I guess you could also do it in the US, but that's just a hassle.
Here it doesn't seem like a hassle, it just seems like the regular way to do things.
Now all I can think about is dinner and I just want some pita.
