We drove down from SLC and I feel embarrassed to say, but it was my first time in that desert.
It was crazy and beautiful and for some odd reason we were there on a slow weekend.
Hurray for no tourists.
Desert exploring all by ourselves.
I felt like we were lost in the garden for a while.
I don't mind.
It was hot it was beautiful and we had time to spare.
The only downfall was..
1. Leon decided to hike without his shoes. That went well for the first half.
2. I left my camera on a post at the trailhead and we left the park.
Once again good thing we were pretty much the only ones there.
Two hours later and no one took it!! Trip saved.
Ended with a perfect night to camp.
Starry sky and desert temperatures.
