What To Do

I finally have some time for myself. I'm still waking up early and now I don't have to immediately start studying anymore. Instead of laying around in my bed this morning I decided to go hiking. Hiking turned into a trail run and it felt good. My own interval training course.

I'm feeling more fit than ever. I may not look it, but I feel strong and my endurance is pretty high. 
Nine miles later I hopped into the shower and went to meet the girls for a 1030 breakfast. 

Maybe I can run. Maybe I shouldn't complain about the aches and pains, because I think my body loves it more than it hates it.
