Germans love their midweek holidays. Yesterday was Labor Day. The tradition is to get beer and wine or whatever else you would like to drink and you go for a hike. I didn't think we would pull through, but we did it. We even went on a real hike. Five kilometers up and five kilometers down. We even ended the day with some Spätzle at a Biergarten.
