I am in Germany.. so a field trip on a Sunday to a brewery is totally acceptable. Learned how beer was made.. or tried to understand how beer was made. He lost me before we even got to the fermentation part. Then they took us to the bar and everyone got unlimited beer. Some people took advantage and backpacks were filled. Can't say I am the biggest beer fan, but it was interesting to learn about. One thing this little excursion made me remember is that I really hate group tours, not doing that again.
