Life is falling back into those fall vibes where everything feels like it has slowed down. I'm lazier. I want to sleep longer, and the couch is back to being my new favorite place. A carousel of to-dos is spinning in my head, yet I feel like I can't get anything done.

I need to push myself to build better habits to get through the fall lows. After work, I have about 5 hours for myself. You can get so much done in that time and still do something good for yourself—from working out to getting creative and crossing things off that to-do list. And it is funny because I know if I went to bed at night after a full day, I would feel so much more fulfilled. You know it's good for you. You know it will make you feel better, yet here you are.
